Shrouded from the eyes of the world, a hidden civilisation has long existed in parallel with our own. The elusive land of Tarogramma holds the promise of something far beyond our understanding.
Over the course of human history Tarogramma has been discovered accidentally on several occasions. All we know about the place exists in the artefacts and images recovered from expeditions and from the detailed testimonies of the few who have returned. Using this information, a vivid picture has been built of the people and their lives.

Uriel Correa is a Los Angeles based artist focused in painting and illustrative techniques. He pulls inspiration anywhere from Tibetan tapestries to 60s mystery novel cover art. While drifting into neon zones of psychedelic array he fuses premonition and pandemonium enhancing a chaotic complexion. His work is constantly changing and evolving into different storyscapes.

Albert Zwaan (@albertzwaan)
Painter (NL) Europe
Albert Zwaan paints urban landscapes. Desolate-looking buildings, surrounded by a lush landscape or abstract, decorative patterns. Landscapes without any people in them. For Zwaan, painting is all about the proper proportions: the contrasts and harmonies between the various colours, the forms and use of paint are all reconsidered with every new canvas.
Zwaan has a striking palette in which soft, pastel shades are dominant. Colours reminiscent of cartoons, graffiti, and weathered paint in old shipyards. Read more: http://www.albertzwaan.nl/01.text

I am self taught artist who started painting almost 30 years ago when my youngest left for collegeThis filled the void of being an empty nester and opened a whole new path for self expression. This new passion has taken me to places beyond expectations. I approach my work as a journey, both into the subconscious of the mind and soul of the painting. My art has taught me who I am and now I work toward where I am going. Finding my way into the canvas is only half the journey, finding my way out completes the intimacy I hope to share with the viewer. I have been fortunate to have had many solo exhibitions .What makes me feel the most accomplished (so far) is

Recently I am looking to nostalgia as a failing, a way to advance mythology. The internal maps of commonplace roadside objects and buildings are laid out with a leaning on emotional imprints and shorthand patterns. There is a ghost-like quality in all the pieces, a result of my effort to capture the passing essence of these relics.

I have been a professional tattoo artist for a number of years and have been feeling a compulsion to explore a new means of self-expression. By the first few strokes, I found that painting was the missing key that would free my creativity. This quickly grew into an insatiable desire to create exclusively with acrylic and canvas. By juxtaposing notable historical and religious figures in my paintings, I am leaving the viewer with an uncomfortable image to pick apart individually. I find it fascinating to see the reaction and how it varies from person to person. The paintings typically evoke a feeling of shock and confusion. The plastic appearance of my cha
