212F challenges how incentive and reward programs should work for you. We don’t focus on just sales results; but on the behaviours that bring you results. In other words, we think strategy first, rewards second. When you partner with us, you design engagement programs that set you apart with the right incentives that drive high-performance.

Christoph Eberle (@christopheberle)
Christoph Eberle – born in Zürich, Switzerland – graduated in 1996 as an architect. As a self-taught hyperrealistic painter his influences include old masters such as Caravaggio, Vermeer van Delft, Jacques Louis David, Caspar David Friedrich and Segantini.
His inspirations are often born from snapshots of everyday life – be it in the laundry room or on the way in to town: These moments, when for an instant the light and the situation are coherent, producing a brief moment of clarity and perfection – a type of film still from his personal movie – are what he searches to capture as precisely as possible.

Michael Thompson (@notdedyet)
My name is Michael Thompson and I was raised in southwestern Pennsylvania. I started taking photos with an iPhone 3 years ago, but soon was able to save up for a real camera. I would consider my style to be self-documentary. The photos I make evoke emotion inside of me, sometimes good or bad, funny or serious.
