It’s been two weeks since the hellish (for lack of a better word) semester ended and that was a great relief. To be home in your own bed and not paying for every food you put in your mouth is damn good. Don’t you just love it when you get to sleep and wake up in whichever time you like, not worrying about deadlines for papers and shoots and all that? But I still have a few things that keep me alive for two weeks now. Here they are:
Suits. With sassy lawyers in New York City, who wouldn’t love this show? I have been addicted to TV shows that deal with legal matters recently (HTGAWM, Scandal, etc.) and they are all fuelling my law school dreams.
Fight Club. Palahniuk’s psychological masterpiece is currently blowing my mind to pieces (that doesn’t end there). I have seen the movie and loved it (Helena Bonham Carter, bitch)! And now the book!
Music. Sam Smith has been on repeat for two weeks now, Heartstring by Leighton Meester, John Mayer’s Continuum album and shockingly, Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding (If you say you’ve never had the LSS from this song, you are a liar!).
Game of Thrones. Ah, where do I even begin? I dunno but I’m pretty sure Emilia fucking Clarke is somewhere in the beginning of all of this fixation.
This is going to be one long break but I’ll find my corner.
