Larry Angier travels rural America and Eastern Europe’s Balkan Region photographing the people, the faith and the cultural landscape. Beginning in his teens, he studied under Al Weber, Ansel Adams, Steve Crouch and other West-Coast masters. At his Jackson, California, studio he electronically crafts his photographs into both fine-art photographs and canvas decor in his digital print lab. His work spans more than five decades, over two centuries and is based in California’s Heart of the Mother Lode.
