"The
Spiritual Bond"

The
clouds are drifting silently by, obscuring the light of our lunar guide. Shadows
shift all around me. The worlds beyond the veil, which only the true eyes can
see. I heard your voice singing softly in the night. It beckons me to enter
this darkened forest, your inner world where all of your secret battles are
fought. Your deepest instinct shall be revealed, the hollow mask cracks and
falls away. I saw your face reflected in the mirror-pool, your eyes filled with
all of your fear and sorrow, hopes and dreams, too. Show me your true and
deepest desire, trust in me and I shall lend you my strength. Call my name and
place your hands in mine. Together, we'll bring on the thaw of that coldest ice,
which has for so long sealed your heart away from this world. The sky will
clear if you would stand before me, and see that the light in my eyes is
actually your own. That which you gave to me, as you made your choice to arise
one more time. Face the world within us. Grip the hilt of your soul-cutting
sword and we'll fight together. The shadows mastered shall fade away. I won't
let you fall back into loneliness. Your remaining tears, I shall caress them
away. The rain will fall here, no longer.
