I was at DOMY books back (now it's Farewell Books) for a Foxing Quarterly release party. FQ always brings out a sweating mass of people. I was wearing a coat like an idiot, sweating my beard off, and I started to noticed that the people were like walls. Breathing, drinking, burping, disgusting walls. Then I thought, "Damn, what if my apartment turned into flesh?" So I wrote down "FLESH HOUSE" in my notebook and it became a story that eventually got published in an anthology. THIS is the artwork my friend, Jack Arambula, did for it. Someday it will be used in an official capacity but, for now, here it is in all its glory.
