Hey everyone! I'd love to get to know you all better, so I thought I'd start the conversation by sharing a piece of me with you.
I like doing experiments on myself. Hah. I especially like messing around with my habits, because those seem to be the hardest parts of my life to mold. In the past few months, I've started a new habit that has turned out to be incredibly simple, yet wonderful.
Every morning, right after I get up, I go to the kitchen and get a glass of water.
It makes it so much easier to wake up in the morning. My first thought waking up is never: "OH NO I FORGOT TO RESPOND TO THAT ELLO POST" or "Is the house on fire?" or "Man that movie last night was dope."
No, it is: "I'm thirsty."
And I know exactly what to do and how to fix it. It's kind of this beautifully simple way to wake up happy, and a little more hydrated.
