Final scan of "The darkest night of the souls eternal journey" 35x58" acrylic on canvas. In the last five months I've been going through the end of an 28 year relationship. It's made me look at my darkest depths, pull my world apart and rebuild it. Take responsibility for my youth, my drinking, my old ways, things I was never aware enough to see in my younger years. I know now I can never return to that level of unconsciousness. That I am forever changed. Forever grateful and humbled. If the work is trickling out slowly right now this is why. I am on the mend mentally, emotionally and physically and look forward to what this new reality brings about.
