I Don’t Like Sushi — but Will I Eat It?
I don’t really like sushi. I don’t say it’s bad, it’s even tasty, as a matter of fact, it’s just that I don’t really like it. It’s not that I don’t like it, though, don’t get me wrong, it’s just that I don’t really do so. But, if even really liking something is well below the degree of not really loving that thing, not to speak of the main degrees that follow going higher — of loving it, of really loving it, of being in love with it, of adoring it, would that not actually mean that I practically hate sushi!(?)
But even if I were to adore sushi, this would be one thing, and wanting to eat it would be something else. So not really liking sushi doesn’t necessarily mean not wanting to eat it, does it?(!)
I’m so confused that next time I see sushi I won’t know what to do…
