The Glowing Fall
After the black & white bonanza i feel its time to roll out some fresh aurorashots. I know...there are millions of aurorashots out there and you`re all probably fed up with all these green stuff. Thats actually why i am hesitant to post many aurorashots..the web is flooded with it.
But i spend too much time and put too much thought and effort in shooting these scenes to let them be hidden so...
Heres one from a couple of weeks back. A glowing green aurora over a waterfall, illuminating the fairytale-like scene. I was like a hyped kid in a toystore, running around doing a few compositions i had sought after for a very long time.
I have a specific philosophy when it comes to shooting the aurora. I like working from darkness and creating a certain degree of mystique and atmosphere. I will give more insight into this on the LofotenTours workshops.
