Summer comes to a close, and I realize that I haven't been thoroughly plugged into the community here on ello... I have been trying to find moments of stillness to determine which direction I shall go in. It's odd... I've known that music was my path since I was a little kid, but now I find myself at a loss. Yes, it's music, but what clan do I belong to? What genre? Learning music business and marketing stopped me in my tracks a bit; labeling your own work is hard, and anxiety provoking when you are trying to find your "target audience"...
I have begun recording video for a brand new YouTube channel, and hope to share some soon. These will be covers and originals - I sing, play my 7-string violin, and loop tracks live! I hope to be disciplined enough to be able to produce regular content!
