With that, a general note on Games on Demand itself.
This year, GoD co-located with Gamma Ray Games, who are selling a variety of great games in print form. Games on Demand itself lives in room 305 at the convention center, but has spread out to other available rooms. Popular indie games like Microscope and Fiasco, along with smaller games or one-off hacks of existing systems, are all available.
Games are run (or overseen, for GM-less games) by facilitators, who sign up early to run in one of the available time slots. Thurs-Sun slots are 10am, 1pm, 4pm, and 7pm, while Monday will have only 10am, 1pm, and 4pm slots. Interested players can visit the table in front of 305 and put their names down for specific games.
Games on Demand is volunteer-driven, but still has to pay for badges, con space, and other things. If you want to support independent and small-press games, or promote their exposure at a big con like PAX, please consider donating on the Games on Demand website!
