The worse thing about being an IT person is being the stop-gap between reality and stupidity. The copier/printer at work had a hardware failure and we have parts on order for repair. Everyone's screaming to replace it because "it's always screwed up". When in fact, this is only the 3rd repair in years. The "problems" it "always" has are people trying to print when not on the network, or using some insane non-standard paper size. But you cannot seem to get people to understand this.
