As a type design studio, we're students of the craft ourselves. This means we work hard to collect type specimens and publications produced by some of the most prominent type designers of the day. This specimen from Commercial Type is certainly one of our favorites. The book’s four distinct dust jackets derive from a single press sheet, which also serves as a promotional poster for Commercial Type’s 2015 North American lecture tour. The book features many of the most iconic type designs produced by the firm since their 2004 founding. If you spot this book in a local book shop or online, be sure to snag a copy for your own collection.
