Here is a fishing net. I stumbled across this image tonight and it got me thinking. First about the good people I was with when I took this photo and then of the good people I met today and the good people in my life on this night. And then it got me thinking that life looks like this sometimes. Tangled. Messy. Confusing. Scary maybe. Hard to understand. So many people are so afraid. Driven by the ego, by ambition and by fear. Clutching and clinging on to any perceived gains or opportunity they reveal their true nature rapidly. This is the blessing. Fear cannot be hidden nor the ego contained. This is the blessing. And sometimes you cast a net and what you pull in is fear and ego and darkness. But thats okay. These things are revealed in short order. And in that darkness the light around you shines brighter than ever. All those good people with grace and honor and integrity. All those good people. I won’t stop casting my net and don’t you either. Don’t you either.
