Starting my new diet today. Doc told me yesterday that I was going to die soon if I keep eating carbs. My new diet: Chicken and Broccoli. No not from Chinese Take Out (I asked and almost got smacked). I need to lose 50 pounds and monitor my blood sugar more. I am already gluten free, now I have to limit my carb intake to 60g of carbs in 24 hours. Holy Shit.
