Since I work in the Digital Health Care industry, I have to test devices occasionally. I have worn fitness trackers from Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, and Jawbone. Guess what? I am still out of shape, fat, and in need of more activity. Looking back I wonder if I were ever in shape in my entire life. I have to change that. I need fitness and a new attitude towards healthy eating, controlling my blood sugar and exercise. Anyone want to go hiking?
