Flavors and pure nicotine are typically what triggers juice to darken, however the OP seems to be suggesting it's taking place quite rapidly in the storage tank. I switched to my first mod months ago, I'm using the eleaf istick pica mega. I simply noticed there is a red ring around the entire base of my tank, as I turn the container upside-down the red begins to swirl, I've never seen this before. It's like practically blood color, stays at all-time low of my storage tank. My only experience with that is a Dragon fruit juice that became thick black tar. I have actually had that happen with sugary/sweet flavors, it thickens as well as burns from the warm. Adh
