Everything and Everyone Connected - Imaginary landscapes and abstractions with watercolor and India ink.
In my paintings, everything flows together. Colors, lines and shapes - people, plants, and things are woven into one harmonious, functional system. I want to subtly remind viewers that we humans, in all our diversity, are essentially interconnected, and with thoughtfulness, can function together harmoniously as well.
My Mission: I create a world of unity and justice by sharing my visions of Oneness.

Explore the boundaries of what’s understood as contemporary art and not. A visual language where the relationship between the exposed works are in the intermediate space between the very obvious and very stilted, generating a direct subtle connection to each other.

Sybilline now lives in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, but was born in Shawinigan in 1976. She studied Visual Arts at Laval University in Quebec City, where she received her Bachelor. To date, her work is mostly inspired by literary, mythological, imaginary, and symbolic universes. Fascinated by the works of great masters, she has long been interested in old painting techniques. She considers that painting is a way to establish quiet and confidential contacts with the subtleties of human feelings.
