Just got our pre-production Budnitz Bicycles FTB prototype in.
I love riding fat bikes. They make me Do Bad Things I Should Not because the city suddenly turns into a big obstacle course, and you find yourself asking questions like, "I really could ride over that railing and down those 50 steps and into that giant pile of gravel and not die", and then you do, and you realize afterwards how fucking stupid that was.
And then you do it again.
It's cold today in Vermont, no snow (thanks El Nino) gonna bundle up and go for a ride.
(And yeah, I'm proud of this design: Split-tube titanium cantilever frame, handlebars, seatpost, stem, carbon fork, carbon belt drive, 14-speed Rohloff Speedhub transmission, and 5-inch tires. Awesome.)
