The thing about beauty is that it unites us. It turns us into students. Makes us flee responsibility, anxiety and preoccupation. Beauty keeps and teaches us patience, beckoning forth the universe in the grand play, the capstone, the meaning, an answer to why we're here. As noble and historic as any other, but tangible and harking loudly for our eyes, ears and everything we can sense. To coalesce into a single grand moment where we futilely paw and cup our hands to hold it for as long as possible. Only to return another day.
There's something communal and historic watching dusk envelope a day.
