Very strange. Trying to figure out the patterns, and influences on those patterns, is maddening. Alcomahol is a huge trigger, as is time I go to sleep. Last night, both of those were set up right, with a minimum of alcomahol, and a decent enough bedtime, yet there was a huge spike right into the Epic zone.
Or is this strange? It's common enough on nights like that that I have a big bulge, and then hardly anything. Which this sorta fits. But -- the bulge didn't come right away. It came later, and was far worse.
I never can figure this stuff out.
Anyway, alcomahol consumption remains way down, which is good. Over a month now. I'm fairly settled into the new pattern, but the temptation is Always There. Always. It's strange to think that I haven't been to the Beer Store in over a month. Also strange to think that I've been missing an appendix for over a year now.
Weight loss is coming, I suppose, but hasn't been marked in a little while. The gut has definitely shrank, but... other areas aren't matching that. I suppose it has much to do with a lack of proper, all-out exercise, rather than just the stationary bike. My thighs are rock, though.
But yeah. The snorzes? No idea.
