Fuck, man -- the evidence you made up the last time didn't help you, what makes you think this new stuff is going to make a difference?
Whatever. He's screwed. He can appeal all he likes, but there's nothing to appeal. Findings of fact are left to the trial judge, like "he falsified documents" and "he wasn't a trustworthy witness". Once those facts are in place, the operation of law is pretty automatic. There is no error in law here.
But yeah, another kick at the can. Sure, why not? You'll have lots of time to prepare your appeal while in jail.
