So a client asked me to do up a lease. Fine. Done. Sent it to her for her review of the draft, before finalizing it and sending it out.
She of course, just sent it out. Fine. Whatever.
She signed it before sending it to the tenant.
The tenant wanted changes, and so marked up the lease with their amendments.
My client now wants to know if those changes are OK. Well, they had better be, seeing as how you've already signed the damned thing. Why am I doing this review, exactly? To find out how screwed you already are?
