Quiet weekend here.
Saturday, I went for a hike at Forks of the Credit. A bit far, but worth it -- thousands of Trilliums in bloom.
Sunday, I worked in the yard. Yesterday, I loaded up on plants at Northland, and worked in the yard.
Finished watching Maison Close. An astonishingly beautiful series. The story is pretty soap opera, however. And late night watching of something with subtitles in it is getting tougher for me to do. I think I listen to teevee more than I actually watch it, doing stuff on the iPad at the same time.
Otherwise, not much. Saturday is the big antique show. Saturday is also Eurovision, so I had better be back home on time for that to start.
I was counting on rain this weekend, and didn't get any. All my inside-the-house jobs didn't get done at all. Rebuilding the side of the tub, where spray from the shower got into the drywall. Same thing happened on the other side a while back. And yes, I know it's only a temporary fix. Give me a couple of weeks to strip the bathroom down and I'll do it.
Other than that, things are pretty quiet. Summer seems to have started like a light switch. I'm happy, but it does take some readjustment to sleeping with the windows open again.
