So I have a new teevee. I thought that maybe I would check to see how much it would cost to boost my cable package.
I go on to the Cogeco website, and click on 'explore packages'.
It asks me to insert my street number, postal code, and if I am a current subscriber. Done.
It then tells me to call their representative to explore their packages.
Umm, fuck you. I didn't go on your website so you could tell me to call a sales rep. I went on your website to get information. You don't want to provide it, fine.
Once again, I'm astounded by shitty business models. You always need to make it as easy as possible for people to buy your stuff. Every barrier you throw up, you lose customers. It's that simple.
My impulse purchase? Lost the impulse. Womp womp.
