So tomorrow I go see Kool & the Gang at the Casino. Whatever. They're a legendary act, creators of some great funk but also the best dentist office waiting room music in the world, and they were pretty cheap.
Tickets were through Ticketmaster.
So I go to print them off. They want me to update my password, which is already alphanumeric and not easy to guess. So I go to update. Password invalid. They had sent me a new temporary password to use to change my password. So I log in with the new password, and come up with a new password, which, because it has to be longer than the old one, is NOT hard to guess because I have to remember it, and it doesn't match any of my common passwords.
My ticketmaster password is now much harder to crack than my online banking account, which, you would think, would have wanted to update at some point over the last ten, twelve years.
What the hell.
