My husband Mani was a photographer. He had been a wedding photographer in the 70s in Massachusetts, and in the 80s, when he had a health crisis, his equipment was badly stored and he lost all of it. He started back much later, and it was one of the joys of his later years, exploring with his camera. He took this one of me in a hotel pool when we were having an in-between time as he got medication infusions at the VA. I took this one of him down on the riverbank of Cane River Lake in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
