I need to occasionally clarify that everything I sell is real and 3-dimensional. I still get inquiries about whether one is buying a print or not.
Though my photographs aren't too shabby, if I do say so myself, I rarely if ever sell prints. Every piece available on my sites is the actual 3-dimensional work. All organisms are hermetically sealed in custom shadowbox frames, archival materials. All vertebrates are reclaimed, meaning they died of natural or incidental causes, usually in captivity.
Some of my pieces are limited (signed and numbered) some are production - meaning you could buy 100 of that piece (though of course they'll all be composed of unique specimens therefore no two are identical, but close enough to be well represented by a single image). Production pieces and some prototypes are embossed with my signature rather than signed.
An ever increasing percentage of my works are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Of those, some are prototypes of production pieces to come, some are experiments, some are investment or museum pieces, never to be duplicated.
