Test baking this evening. I can't eat wheat & my best friend is vegan -- & finding recipes that meet both sets of restrictions is wicked hard. Tonight I'm trying out some pumpkin chocolate chip oat bars. They look really crumbly, but they smell delicious...so we'll see.

That dry looking top was deceiving. The inside was just right, and the oat flour made the bars have a great, silky texture. I might add more cinnamon next time, but this one's a keeper! Recipe here.
