1969, born in Nijmegen. My work can be seen in many countries all over the world. I employ a variety of styles that all have one thing in common: the ever search for the light on phenomena and all the shadows and light planes they block in. My favorites in doing so are oil paint, dry pastel and graphite pencil. It is not the form or the theme that counts but the way planes of certain tonal quality vary and block in the lights. Colours are relatively unimportant and can take on whatever scheme. It is the tonal quality that is ever present in my work, creating the illusion of depth and mass on a flat 2d-plane. I combine figurative work with the search for abst

Painter with a background in the architectural industry. Received an MFA in visual arts from the University of Victoria in 2017.
The immediacy of a direct correlation between a mark and its origin allows painting to shift from abstraction to actuality and become a practical artifact of an event taken place. The expression of the artist’s hand is replaced by depictions of causality – obviating process and engendering a confrontation with reality. These paintings are now tools promoting a conscious awareness of architectural space and the viewer’s presence within it.

"I am in constant pursuit to discover the alternative realities beyond the primitive perceptions of our existence. It is a search to know and to feel the impenetrable that is manifested through the beauty that is found in the asymmetrical, the grotesque and the true religiosity of the uneven in our human condition. My work tries to connect with the other-wordly, tries to attain insights into mysteries that transcend our human awareness as by direct communication with our intuition."
Justin Bradshaw (@justin_bradshaw)
Justin Bradshaw was born in London in 1971, where he studied painting shortly before moving to Italy in 1994. An accomplished painter, Bradshaw’s technique has evolved through watercolor on paper to the use of oils on copper.
Bradshaw’s meticulous eye for detail and texture have remained a leitmotif, culminating in his latest work - a series of exquisitely detailed paintings focusing on the human figure and offering a modern interpretation of mythological themes.

At the moment we are working with generative art & audio-visual experiences.
In the past, we've created a 3D-printed prototype of an art and design product called PRIMITIVS. With the playfulness of LEGO in mind, but instead of plastic made out of 3D-printed ceramics, we created a system of pieces that could be combined into more than one thing.
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, and in Girona, Spain.
