Submit work for the second Design Seeds x Ello collaboration. Selected artists will be featured in a Design Seeds palette created by Jessica Colaluca.

Launched in May 2009, the Design Seeds site receives one million page views per month and has over one million followers across social media. The site is a modern interpretation of Jessica’s original color journals. An industrial designer with a passion for color, she kept sketchbooks of ongoing trend and colorwork while at companies including Ford, Reebok, and Timberland. When venturing out on her own, Jessica launched Design Seeds, a site for everyone who loves color.

Although the blog began as a personal passion project, it has grown into a global community of creatives. Through collaboration, Design Seeds is able to offer compelling color inspiration while growing exposure for influential and emerging artists.

How to Enter:

Click the SUBMIT button above.
Include:
(1) One image that offers an inspirational, or creatively distinct point of view
(2) Please upload one image per submission / post (versus multiple images in a single submission)
(3) You may provide a brief statement about your work, but it is not required

Entries are not limited. All mediums accepted. Only complete submissions will be considered.

Opportunity:

• 4 artists will be selected
• 4 palettes will be created to accompany the selected inspiration images
• Artists will be featured on the Design Seeds site, Ello, and across social media platforms
• The feature on the Design Seeds site will include attribution with a link to the selected Artists’ Ello profile

Selection Process:

Submissions will be reviewed by Jessica Colaluca, of Design Seeds. Four images will be selected, and a Design Seeds palette inspired by the image will be created by Jessica.
