Submit your work in any medium showcasing your vision of a more inclusive world for the chance to be featured across Ello, Talenthouse and Zooppa social channels and in Ello's PRIDE community which is an ongoing curated exhibition of LGBTQ+ creative.
10-15 artists will be selected by Ello and Superfine! Art Fair, and will each be the subject of a future Ello Blog article, receive complimentary access to one of Superfine's three upcoming Masterclasses of their choice, and one artist will receive access to Superfine!'s Master of The Business of Art (MBA) Virtual Bootcamp ($399 value).
Since 2010, Ello has aspired to provide a safe environment that celebrates cultural and creative diversity. We know that’s not the case in the real world. There are many George Floyd’s and Breonna Taylor’s across America and around the world. People of the queer, trans, and Black communities persecuted for being different. That’s why we think more than ever, it is important to celebrate PRIDE, which started with a protest at The Stonewall Inn.
That protest led to a riot, that is often attributed to trans activists Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Riviera. This is why we are privileged to have a Global Gay Pride on June 27th. This is why we celebrate what the legacy of the Stonewall uprising means to all generations. This is what gives us hope for the future.
For 2020 Pride, we want you to highlight the notion of equality and how marginalized groups like the LGBTQ+ community, particularly Trans individuals, have always been at the forefront of societal change.
If you identify as LGBTQ+ or an ally we want to see your unique perspective on equality and imagery you imagine can spark change, open minds or create meaningful dialogues with communities. Whether you are an illustrator, digital artist, graphic designer, animator, 3D artist, photographer or all around creative badass we want to see your vision of a more inclusive world.
We cannot wait to see and support your work & ideas.
