In the past, I had specialists who didn't do the plumbing right now and it just resulted in disaster. After they hung, finished and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water only to discover that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my specialist check out the pipes initially, including the drain lines.
While the plumber is working, I'll have an A/C team installing a new heating unit which consists of a new gas furnace and central air. I haven't always replaced practical A/C systems and even today, if the existing system is relatively brand-new, I will prevent it. Mostly, though, I always set up completely
