Yesterday, I've seen the movie "The Equalizer", with Denzel Washington and Chloë Grace Moretz (one of my fav actresses). Honestly, I expected a classic action/ shooting movie, whatever, but it was wow... The text is really good and the main character, Robert McCall is absolutely GENIUS !
The movie starts with a quote by Mark Twain: "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why" Didn't see that one comin'.
Another good line, Robert McCall encourages his friend for his slow evolution: "Progress, not perfection". Which is fair... small steps, everyday.
Half the movie, a friend tells him: "Sometimes we make the wrong choices to get to the right place." Daaamn !
In conclusion, a bloody movie, that I strongly recommend.
