ACRYLIC AND OIL ON CANVAS
These paintings were painted throughout 2017 (Semi tones started at the end of 2016 to the beginning of 2017) following a nasty breakup on new year's eve. Heart broken and heart open I began to understand the meaning of love through ColourSound. Chromesthesia is an heavenly attribute, developed and fine tuned in my transformative 33rd year. My works painted in this period reflect the mixing of the sound and sight senses seen in a visual orchestra of vibrant colour. Playing on my continued theme of Music of The Spheres, I hear the little colour robots sometimes seen like 8 bit video game characters, at other times as geometric speeding shapes, running and flying across the colour fields.
