Azenhas do Mar is a seaside village in the municipality of Sintra, Portugal. Its name probably dates back to the Arab occupation when they brought to the Iberian Peninsula the water mills, Azenhas in Portuguese. It's a wonderful picture-postcard village with its houses hanging on the cliff over the Atlantic Ocean.
