Today's Mongolian BBQ creation:
Base: Rice noodles.
Meats: Sausage, chicken and shrimp.
Veggies: Spinach, pea pods, sprouts, tomatoes, pineapple, baby corn.
Sauce: Two-thirds buffalo sauce, one-third pad thai sauce.
Spices: Cajun seasoning, curry powder, crushed peanuts.
Heat rating: 5/10
Taste rating: 7/10
Comments: The griller took one look at the dish and immediately asked if I were Greek, because it looked like a Greek dish. I had been going for Cajun-Thai fusion, actually. It was good. @angierae could have never eaten it, because of the spicy elements, but I didn't get it quite as hot as I would have liked. I'll tweak it, but there's the basis of a keeper here.
