I'd been having trouble getting sprouts for a long time. I don't do my own sprouting other than lentils, because those are so easy to sprout. But I've actually been awhile without them. They still help a lot. But I finally got some clover and radish sprouts, or alfalfa, well, whatever, they are similar and I feel much better after eating them. Short term I had not been getting enough greens, perhaps, but more so the culprit (since I'd been eating plenty of raw greens over awhile) was not getting enough sprouts and particularly full on sprouts. Lentil sprouts are sort of, quasi, weak sprouts.
