Black hole 187 was discovered today. She knew it was bound to be there. She just couldn’t fathom the width and breathe of it. She had seen the pictures. Knew what the results would be. The equation couldn’t be wrong. She had felt this way before when she discovered black hole 5. The cold void of that momentous occasion still brought shivers. Drained completely she doubted she had the strength to explore this new phenomena any more. Black hole 187 would not attract her with his gravitational pull any longer. He was too bright to exist in her world any way. He was bound to collapse under the weight of his own gravity. Black hole 187 would not suck the light out of her. She would not collapse. She knew the equation.
