Delta Airlines has introduced free name change policies for corporate customers. Delta along with partners Virgin Atlantic and Air France-K LM has created a corporate waiver for travel managers and agents through which name change fees can be waived without using a waiver code, or calling sales support, or visiting Delta’s website. The tickets must have been issued with a corporate ticket designator and tickets on Virgin Atlantic or Air France-K LM ticket stock must have a U.S. point of sale. The waiver allows only one name change without a fee and travel must be completed by May 31, 2022.
