5 Easy Steps On How To Keep Yourself At A Higher State
Knowing this day and age, everything can be on an instant reach. Everything can come around us easily including toxic energy and this energy can automatically pull us down. There are many factors that affect the way we feel, react and relapse; most of these factors are contributed by the environment around us. Vibe is frequency speaking to us in many ways and many forms—not in language! You are more likely going to attract what you want when your vibe is on a higher state. But how can we consistently put ourselves up on a higher state? We can do so by channelling and creating the vibe from within. But how do we begin?
1. Alter your state of mind
As much as I would like to recommend the use of psychedelics, it's best we do not pursue with it on altering our state of mind entirely. I regret to remind you, but we are still members of society. There are things we need to accept as reality and practicing obedience is still necessary. Begin by questioning everything. Question your beliefs, your existence, just simply question everything and then try to answer them on your own. Once you have your answers, your brain will now adapt to function and use its own knowledge and wisdom by itself and it will continue to do so as long as you exercise this carefully and seriously. Try it, it's amazing!
2. Be careful who you surround yourself with
Simple interactions create simple energy transfers. Be careful who you are in contact with—may it just be personally or sexually. Some people do not understand the importance of this! The more you interact and react to a certain situation, all the more your brain will store this information causing you to digest it down your solar plexus. Pretend you are in a social gathering. Different forms of energy are now around you. Allow all these energies—both positive and negative—to surround you, it's perfectly fine! But do not accept any of them. Learn from your vibe within which situation requires response or silence! Once you leave, leave them behind as you go on with yourself after the event. Do not bring them unto you.
3. Clean up your social media feed
It is expected already for everyone to be hooked on their black screens, it is no question. I myself am guilty of this. We rely on our phones whether how big or small we need to, but there are certain things we need to eliminate in order for us to keep and maintain our higher state. First, begin by unfollowing or deleting unnecessary information. Instead follow accounts that support motivation and inspiration that trigger positive thoughts! No matter how less you delve into it, it will still feed on to your subconscious brain. Many do not understand this so let me tell you ahead that the negative effects can be immeasurable.
4. Feed yourself healthy
Eating is a form of energy transfer. Be careful what you feed yourself. Sometimes the junk you enjoy is just purely junk! Eat more fruits, if possible all fruits in all chakra colors for added fun and nutrition. Drink more water as well!
5. Silence the mind
Sometimes the mind just needs to relax. Meditating can be a good method for anything. All you need to do is silence your thoughts. Erase all of them for at least fifteen minutes twice a day and just focus on your breathing. You will be amazed by what your body can do. Remember that your brain is just like an engine, it needs to rest its power before you can use it to its full effect.
And once you have done all of these, keep your head up as high as you can as if the universe is pulling your thoughts away from all the toxicity around you; and simply allow it to perform its own magic.
