Camping on our Land
Having left Andrew & Dougal, we headed to our land, as the builders had finished the driveway and we were cleared to camp there…wahoo
What a view to wake up to
Saturday was a very special day for Jimmy as he had now been with us for five whole years! Happy gotcha day Jimmy! We celebrated by having a walk on the bay in the wind and rain, having woken up to blue skies and sun!
When we got back the sun started to come out again….typical
but then it was miserable again! Poor Jimmy wanted to go out and play on his gotcha day. Can’t believe I’ve put up with dumb dog for five years….someone give me a medal!
Again on Monday we woke up to blue skies but then it was miserable!
Jimmy wanted to play on the bay but the tide was in
In the evening mummy & daddy went out and on the way home, there was a lovely sunset across the bay
On Tuesday mummy & daddy were chasing Bess around with a pot…..turned out they were trying to catch her wee. Weirdos! Meanwhile it was a miserable grey day again and we went for a run on the beach before the rain came in
Wednesday was a rubbish day so we stayed in generally and just tidied a few things up on the land. Apparently we were being a nightmare, but we just wanted to play and have fun. Apparently eating the mussels off of the driftwood isn’t good for you, neither is sheep poo! Thursday was a lovely day though, so that made up for the few grey days we’d had
Although the view was nice I don’t think mummy appreciated us all getting her up at 6:30am though needing the loo after all the bad things we had eaten yesterday!
We went down to the shore and the tide was out….happy days!
We had a lovely run on the bay
Then we crossed the river to go to the beach and see the seals
Then it was time to head back and pack up as we were off on yet another adventure!
Until next time, Love & Licks Rosie xxxx PS just in case anyone was worried about Bess, her wee came back clear, so she really has no excuse for wetting herself!
