We are back at Radnage (http://www.bellavistacamping.co.uk/home/), and that means we get to see lots of nanny…..but wait, why aren’t we rushing straight round to see them with the washing? Oh cos Jim’s got a cough and grandad says he might pass it to Molly & Daisy. Rubbish! So we go to the vets on Tuesday and Jimmy has a throat infection but grandad says that’s ok, so we go round to see them…Yay!! However, on Wednesday we go back to the vets, but no on else comes in. What’s going on? There’s nothing wrong with me! Mummy and daddy sign some forms and leave me there. Help, I’m scared!! After a while I get given something that makes me very sleepy and when I wake up I feel all dopey and my mouth hurts. Then mummy comes back to get me and we go home for lots of cuddles
Turns out I had a dental and had some teeth removed and a good clean due to some infections. Mummy & daddy had been to the dentist too but they weren’t suffering like I was!
On Thursday I was a lot brighter so we went to nanny’s for the day as daddy was out at work. We stayed with grandad and played whilst mummy went out with nanny to visit family. They also stopped to see the puppy Paddy that mummy’s brothers family had got recently. He was still quite small.
We were still having to take Bess out at night so we were all still quite tired so Friday we didn’t do much. Saturday we went running with the group and nanny came round for dinner, Sunday we all went to nannys & Marc & co were there with Paddy and Neo. Neo doesn’t like other dogs either, so that was fun! Monday nanny went out for the day and Tuesday too. Even Scratchy was a little tired off all the disturbed nights and not doing much!
On Wednesday it was horrible, I had to go back to the vets, but I was fine and Uncle Joe was very pleased with my teeth! Jim had his jabs too, which he didn’t seem to mind! Then mummy had a go at starting her new crochet project. This is the first of 158 lanterns to make a blanket! I hope it’s going to be for me!
On Thursday we went for a walk with one of mummy’s friends but I didn’t like her dog and Bess was scared of her so it wasn’t very relaxing for poor mummy. On Friday, I decided I wanted to stay in bed, but mummy had other ideas.
We went for another walk with grandad for about 8.5 miles. Grandad really likes these walks and we like them too!
Saturday was a busy day, we went for a run, then we met daddy’s cousins as their twin babies for lunch with nanny too, Belle decided to attack Bess which was good, saves me doing it!!
Then mummy and daddy went to a family wedding in the evening and the guest of honour was mummy’s favourite actor Benedict Cumberbatch. Here he is with mummy’s niece and nephew! How exciting. Mummy loves Sherlock!
Sunday we decided to rest and just had a short walk at Cadsden, then on Monday we all went for a walk with Grandad and daddy took us to Whiteleaf and we walked for 10.5miles!
Tuesday we went to nanny’s and played at doing a bonfire with daddy & grandad and then on Wednesday we had lots of chores to do as we were heading off on Thursday. There was a lovely sunrise
Once the water pipes had defrosted we packed up and headed off to the Peaks for a break before Christmas! Until next time, love & licks, Rosie xxx
