Ottograph, a large-scale mural painter, has been slinging paint since the age of ten. The Modern Art Museum of Antwerpen (Belgium) is home to a giant Ottograph mural. Otto also painted murals in Moscow, Tokyo, Berlin New York and San Fancisco. Ottograph is also operating the website “I Paint Everyday” www.ipainteveryday.com to encourage the tedious, yet necessary practice of serious painting.
Ottograph has worked for clients like Greenpeace, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Mars, Ford, and Merecedes-Benz.

Painter of interdimensional beings, semi-mechanical existentialists, paradoxical time travelers and neo-victorian aliens; those that populate the worlds beyond the domain we call reality.
His works consists of acrylic and pastel paintings, which are mostly abstract in style, with photographs used as a starting point for his digital works. The beautiful nature of women acts as a core inspiration to Daniel.

With the ubiquitous digital image taking centre stage and the decline of the printed photograph, Charlie (a british artist based in Montpellier, France) presents the printed photograph as a thin receipt or a fossil…a half truth, a trace, possibly a clue to the past.
“I never liked photography,” Robert Mapplethorpe is quoted as saying, “Not for the sake of photography. I like the object. I like the photographs when you hold them in your hand.”

A native of the East Coast, one of my first memories when I moved here in 1982 was the boardwalk at Venice Beach. There, I saw rollerskating guitar players, punks eating out of trash cans, palm trees and teeshirts. So many to-the-point and colorful graphics captured in my head so long ago havefinally manifested in this series of work.

Roland Aalbers (@rolandaalbers)
Dutch visual artist who makes abstract geometrical paintings. About spatiality and time.
My newest work draws upon the underlying beauty of urban decay. I get inspired when I see things like weathered signs stuck on abandoned buildings, advertisements layered on subway platforms, and graffiti in dive bar bathrooms.
With my artwork, I attempt to tell stories through fragmented visual clues. These stories and their subjects are rarely given in their entirety but offer viewers an incomplete narrative through which their own conclusions can be drawn. The layers, although torn, ripped and sometimes almost unintelligible, help to convey a message. That is a message of reliance, of defiance and sometimes, even a message of hope.
