Chicken and dumplings in the crock pot- good idea but some absolute learns for the future.
- the chicken breaks up so it doesn't feel like a main course
- with 10 oz of biscuits as the dumplings, the dumpling-to-chicken ratio was less than satisfying, it really needed more chicken and less dumpling
- this is a filling meal, don't overload your plate

(changes made to the original recipe include allowing the biscuits to bake into dumplings for 90 minutes rather than 60, using broth in stead of water, and using both cream of chicken AND cream of celery soup.
