ENJOY THE SUN (If you dare)☀️☀️⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱
The northern hemisphere sunny season is upon us. More outdoor activities. Protect your children and yourselves. Remember to continually wear SPF 50 sunscreen or better yet wear sunblock clothing. No tan is a healthy and beautiful skin. I know. My selfies will show you. The AK treatment was the most painful thing I have experienced. The shortened treatment (due to intolerable pain) lasted two and half weeks. Tanning and sunburns may lead to this particularly in people with fair skin color, fair hair and light colored eyes. There is no fun in the sun unless you take true precautions. Need vitamin D3? There are supplements. (Be sure to take enough.) Spare yourself and your family real pain. It's up to you. Have a great summer.☀️☀️⛱⛱⛱⛱ #skincancer #tanmyth #resist (30 March)
(13 April) Sutures removed today two weeks after surgery. Felt like I had had a scalp/face lift. More AKs frozen also. Met a woman who had three staples in her glabella (skin between eyebrows) because the incision was so deep. This entire process has taken six months. A full body appraisal in three months. It will be ongoing. Want to possibly subject yourself to this? Get a tan.
