The Latte Shaker has been specially designed to froth cold milk. Normally it has to be heated to 60-80ºC to be frothed. Cold-frothed milk is the ideal complement for cold brewed coffee and cold recipes.
Operation is easy. Just pour cold milk into one of its halves, close it and shake it for about 30 seconds. By shaking it, the strainer between the halves introduces air into the milk, creating a fine milk foam.
