I was consistently amazed and delighted by the work of Zaha Hadid.
You cannot help but feel that she is designing and building the future we all dreamt of.
Her buildings are distinctively futuristic, characterized by the powerful, curving forms of her elongated structures" with "multiple perspective points and fragmented geometry to evoke the chaos of modern life.

ZAHA HADID 1950-2016. RIP
What a shocker - I have admired her work immensely - probably one of the most original + breaker of norms + status quo + glass ceiling. Her architectural signature is recognizable the world around. Most definitely sitting in the pinnacle forum of those top of them all architects. She was an all around nice person - not a diva.
She actually died early today in Miami. That is so sudden and unforeseen.
She was 65 years young.
