Greetings and welcome to the first Feature Collection! We've some great crafty artists to take a peek at today, thanks so much for sharing your creativity with the community!
Now less intro and onto the show~
@severinakids - "I’ve changed my needles and threads for my computer and graphic tablet. Today on my desk, painting my Bunny/Fox, preparing everything for a serigraphy production on 100% cotton, pre washed. Can’t wait to see them!"
I love looking into artist workspaces and studios, she looks pretty organized! You can definitely see the architect coming through in her space, as she mentions in her bio, hehe.
@vendimia - "Do you like embroidery?"
Well, do ya? Hehe. I love the color combinations in her work, I would thoroughly recommend checking out the rest of her page!
@echomanika - "Among the other things I do, I make it a point to hook when I can."
So cute! I love little Cthulhu representations, we need a Cthulhu emoji to properly go in place of what I decided sufficed. A travelling model and Jill-of-all-trades, her crafty side is pretty awesome as well.
@ahteamickey - "Hi ho Mickey is on Ello!"
A belated welcome to to Ah--Mickey! Pugs are my favorite pup breed, so this was impossible to pass up. Brilliant work and congrats on the Etsy shop opening~
@mandabrezicky - "Lamented Game, 7x7, lithography, watercolor, and embroidery."
Wow. I think this is first time I've seen this combination of mediums all in one place and it is simply amazing!
@maryherrigfiberarts - "This yarn is from my late mother-in-law's stash purchased in the late 70's. Double crocheted as a tube and joined in the infinity style. 4 inches wide, 8 inches around, with total length at almost 8 feet before joined. Super soft, super versatile. In variants of green, purple, blue, yellow."
Looks like a beautiful fruit loops scarf! I love the voids in this type of crocheting, very effective.
Thank you so much to everyone that submitted work for the first ever Feature Collection and a big round of applause to the entire community as a whole. I know you're all just filled with DIY, crafty art projects, waiting to explode with brilliance!
